    Getting to Madison

Dane County Regional Airport services Madison and the surrounding area with daily direct flights from nearly twenty cities around the country.

    Symposium Accommodations

Two separate room blocks offer symposium attendees accommodations at different price points.

Overnight accommodations for NCYGS attendees are available at the UW-Extension facility, the Lowell Center, at the rate of $124/night.  The Lowell Center is located at 610 Langdon Street.  Symposium sessions will be taking place steps away at the Pyle Center, adjacent to the University of Wisconsin campus.  Both buildings are about a 10-minute walk from Capitol Square, the heart of downtown Madison.  To register at the group rate, use this special link or call 608-256-2621 and mention code 'NCYGS'.

University of Wisconsin-Madison residence hall accommodations are available in Sellery Hall for either single or double occupancy rooms. Single occupancy rooms are $61.14/night per person and the double occupancy rate is $38.64/night per person. Rates include breakfast in the Gordon Avenue Market. Sellery Hall is .4 miles from the Pyle Center.  Reservations must be made online through the university's housing portal.

    Ground Transportation

Unfortunately, the Lowell Center does not offer an airport shuttle.  Taxis are plentiful, however, and the distance between the airport and the Lowell Center is about five miles.
