    Registration information for NCYGS 2019

    Online registration is now open. AHS members will be prompted to log in to access your discounted registration. Registrations may also be submitted via email or fax.


    AHS Members

    If you are an AHS member you will enjoy a discount on your NCYGS 2019 registration.  Be sure to create a username and login in order to access your member benefits online.  Not a member? Join today!



    If you are a current, full-time student at an academic institution you can receive a discounted registration rate. In order to qualify, you must provide AHS with proof of current, full-time enrollment. You can submit this information via email to education@ahsgardening.org or via fax to (703) 768-8700.

    Registration fee includes general and breakout sessions, and breakfast and lunch.

    Session presenters are eligible for a discounted registration rate (not applicable to pre- and post-Symposium tours). 



    A limited number of scholarships for discounted or complimentary registration are available for the 2019 National Children & Youth Garden Symposium (scholarship recipients will be responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses, and any optional pre- or post-symposium trips they wish to participate in).

    Scholarships will be awarded based on demonstrated commitment to children’s and youth gardening initiatives, work with under served and/or Title I populations, and financial need. Please apply online by April 19.


    Cancellations and refunds

    A full registration refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be made if requested in writing through June 10, 2019.  No refund requests will be accepted after that date.
